Accreditation in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan gives the right to conduct, within the framework of the activities of the Expert Council on Entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an examination of draft regulatory legal acts affecting the interests of private entrepreneurship, including the interests of Members of the Association.

By Order of the Minister of Energy No. 103 dated March 26, 2021, it was decided to accredit the Association of Producers and Consumers of Petrochemical Products (Petrochemical Association).

Accreditation in the National Chamber is carried out in relation to republican intersectoral, industry associations (unions), as well as republican associations (unions) of small, medium and (or) large enterprises.
