Tokayev discussed the road infrastructure of Almaty with the scientist.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Bagdat Teltayev, a scientist in the field of road construction and pavement mechanics.

The meeting is devoted to discussing the prospects for the development of road infrastructure in Almaty and the country as a whole, the introduction of innovative technologies and training in this area.

The Head of State was informed about the key problems and challenges associated with the dynamic development of megacities, which leads to a significant burden on the transport infrastructure, and ways to solve them.

The President expressed gratitude to Baghdad Teltaev for his contribution to the development of the industry and stressed the importance of continuing scientific research and the introduction of advanced technologies to improve the quality and safety of road infrastructure. As a result of the proposals made, the government and the relevant ministry will be given appropriate instructions.

Recall that on May 31, the Head of State arrived in Almaty. The President has already visited the new airport terminal. Kosym-Jomart Tokayev also has meetings scheduled with representatives of the scientific intelligentsia, business circles, and heads of a number of international organizations.
