Askhat Khasenov noted the importance of avoiding a shortage of bitumen by the beginning of the road construction season in 2025. The head of the KMC also spoke about the need to optimize the project implementation schedule by applying round-the-clock operation at equipment manufacturers and during construction and installation works.
Taking into account the importance of the project for the road industry of Kazakhstan, Askhat Khasenov instructed to complete construction and installation works in March 2025 with commissioning in April of the same year.
On the same day, the heads of JSC Karazhanbasmunai and JSC Mangistaumunaigas presented key data on production activities and ensuring planned indicators, environmental issues, as well as measures to maintain social stability in labor collectives.
Askhat Khasenov noted the importance of ensuring industrial safety and reducing the level of injuries. He instructed to take the necessary measures to achieve planned oil production in 2024, and also focused on the introduction of new technologies to achieve an oil recovery coefficient in mature fields using thermal methods, and the modernization of onshore infrastructure.
